We're going carbon neutral!
Help us raise £500,000 to bring warmth to Holy Trinity and balance to planet earth.

Project Zero26 is our exciting plan to turn our heating system at Holy Trinity Church carbon zero by the end of 2026.
As part of the Church of England’s commitment to be carbon zero by 2030 we are taking the opportunity to reimagine the way we heat this glorious 800-year-old, grade 1 listed wonder of a building. Sitting at the heart of the historic market town of Skipton we want to serve this wonderful community by taking a lead on addressing the environmental impact we have on the planet by reducing, as far as possible, our impact on God’s creation.
This will include the use of Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs), the instillation of a modern heating infrastructure, changing the boiler from being gas to electrical power and finally removing all gas supplies to the building.
We don’t claim to be perfect, but we are trying to do our bit to address the current climate crisis. Please join us on this journey. If we can help and support your church to walk this journey with us please get in touch. We would love to share our story. If you would like to support our journey you can give via the donation form below, via BACS or direct from your banking app.
Blessings and love,
