If you do wish to make an organised visit to the church (schools, groups etc) or if you wish to take 'serious' photographs of the interior (as opposed to just `holiday snaps'), it is essential that you contact the church office first to ensure that there will not be a clash with any other event. Midweek services and "occasional offices" (that is church-speak for weddings and funerals and the like) take place quite regularly and it is better to avoid a clash rather than to suffer the embarrassment this could cause.
